Cassie's Mission

I live everyday with the purpose of helping others realize their potential. It is my mission to provide guidance, empowerment and the tools you need to create and sustain your healthiest, happiest life. Our current environment is saturated with temptation and convenience; I aim to help you overcome these everyday obstacles. Together, we can fuel a movement of 'do-gooders' and 'go-getters' who support one another to aim high, and achieve higher. 

Coaching Philosophy

As a Coach, Cassie knows it is her duty to believe in you more than you may believe in yourself. She is committed to unlocking your ultimate potential by focusing on more than just physical goals. Without proper attention to all areas of our lives, our fitness related goals won't stick. No matter what you're working toward, Cassie gives you guidance to strive beyond a basic goal and reach for self-actualization. Cassie understands we all have different preferences, resources, schedules, desires and ways of getting motivated--no one can reach their goals unless they have a program and lifestyle that works for them. Cassie provides individualized approaches,  education and will challenge you to commit to consistency because we truly 'are what we repeatedly do.'

  • 7+ years experience including corporate fitness settings, private studios, small group training, community events, group exercise classes and more.
  • Manager of Team Healthier Generation
ATHLETIC EXPERIENCE: 
  • 2 time Boston Marathon runner
  • Over 30 races completed including Half-Marathons, Trail Races, 10k, 5k, Sprint Triathlons, Obstacle Course Races and Mud Runs
  • Collegiate-level athlete

A Brief Biography

The pursuit of health and the appreciation for physical challenge has always been a part of Cassie’s life. Though, her experiences working toward a healthy lifestyle range across a very wide spectrum. She spent years pushing her limits as an athlete and plenty of time struggling through injuries and chronic illness. Cassie has dedicated her time as a fitness & nutrition coach in private, corporate and community settings and—possibly her most challenging journey of all—working to maintain a healthy balance as a 9-5 office professional, with no shortage of overtime requirements. She has seen, first-hand, just how confusing and overwhelming the wellness world can be with new buzzwords, fads and misleading labels. Cassie understands the everyday struggles of feeling like there is never enough time, work is too stressful, and life is too exhausting. Over the past 7 years, Cassie has been committed to acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to guide you along your path to establishing a healthier lifestyle. Cassie aims to educate, motivate and have some fun as we create balanced, healthy, sustainable lifestyles together.
